Sadly, our ISP's site got hacked (happens to the best of them) and as it turns out, we didn't have a reliable backup of our data. Security is a very important issue for us, and we were quite concerned about what happened. However after honest and open discussions with our ISP, we are convinced this problem was an isolated issue and the faults have been corrected.
